A lot of our plans for checkout via chat messengers is blocked by a character limit, which is difficult when we want to show all the products in a customer's basket.
However, we have come up with a solution: an overview URL where the content of your basket can be seen. The URL can then be shared by simply copying it. Aside from that, we want to help the checkout process and therefore building this Overview into actual checkout options where we are starting with Viber.
So you now see Viber as a checkout option, and the way it works is just by sending a Viber message to a predefined contact, with a link to the Overview URL.
Find out about how to set up Viber as a checkout option, below:
We hope you enjoy this, and we promise there's more checkout options on the way. We already have plans for Facebook Messenger.

Sometimes accidents do happen. Which we have tried to limit with the release of this feature. Previously if you were so unlucky to accidentally delete an icon or link style used by an Enrichment Automation you could potentially destroy many flipbooks using that Enrichment Automation.
However now we have taken the necessary precautions and made sure we have a way to restore if the accident happens.
So if you find yourself in accidentally deleting something at some point, be sure to reach out.

It's now possible to manage your own branded domains in iPaper, so you no longer have to reach out to our Customer Care department to get it set up.
If you're new to branded domains, we've written an article about how it works, which you can read, below.

You can now repeat the same checkout functionality type in multiple instances. This can be useful when you want to provide your users with multiple ways to check out. Below, you can find a few examples of when this can be useful.
Your first WhatsApp checkout Call-To-Action could be for customers who know their sales representative. This checkout option would not include a preset phone number. Thereby allowing customers to choose the order recipient from their list of contacts.
The second WhatsApp checkout would then include the preset phone number.
The order could then go to your company directly. Or to a service that would help the customer towards finding a representative.
A third WhatsApp Checkout option could even lead to an automated WhatsApp messaging bot, that would handle the customer request automatically.
We can imagine a web shop with a Wishlist feature:
One Integration Call-To-Action could pass the iPaper basket items to the regular "Shop basket" for regular check out and payment.
A second Integration Call-To-Action could send the iPaper basket items to the Wishlist, for possible lead generation purposes.

We've been working hard on a new feature that collects all the products on a single page in an overlay which can show more product information and give a better overview for end-users. This also means if you manually move your links into position this could be an option for you, saving you that process of re-positioning links. We're all for optimizing workflows, and we hope this one will come in handy.
